I write stories about the effects of quantum entanglement on the soul in relation to time travel, reincarnation, and dreams.  Larry Dossey, a medical doctor, and author of ‘Healing Words: The Power of Prayer and Practice of Medicine,’ believes that our thoughts and prayers are entangled in the quantum universe and can affect other people even if they are great distances away.
At first, Larry was like any other doctor and a non-believer in the healing effects of prayer over chemical medication to solve ailments.  But then he started studying laboratory research experiments done on patients who were treated with prayer in the same way an experiment would be done testing the effects of certain drugs and realized that the resulting data works and was real and could not be disputed.  He discusses infertile women who were subjected to fervent prayer by strangers and later became pregnant.
Larry began going into his office to pray for his patients before performing their surgeries.  He would lock his door because he knew his colleagues would ridicule him, but he also knew that he could not deny the facts.  Even though he did not understand the reason it might help his patients, he knew it would.
As far as I understand quantum entanglement myself, the samples used have to come from the same source or body for the experiment to work.  What does this mean if we are talking about our souls and our thoughts?  If aomeone uses their own thoughts to affect another person they are not genetically related to half-way across the world, does this mean their souls and thoughts come from the same source?  And if we are all from the same souce, does that mean we are all affecting each other more than we know and understand?
     What do you think?
